The WFE Program will require physical labor and I am fit and able to participate in such activities.

The WFE Program may be mentally and emotionally taxing. I have no mental or emotional limitations that would prevent me from being able to participate in such activities.

The WFE Program requires English language skills of Level B1+ or better. I certify that I can speak and understand English at an intermediate level.

I agree to pay the WFE Program Fees (Wine Program only). If the Program Fees are not paid, my visa, Program, medical insurance, and all other Program benefits terminated.

My placement will be with the host named on my DS-7002 for my entire exchange program. The DS-7002 form will be provided for my review and signature before the visa application is processed.

The U.S. State Department requires that I submit two reports during my program: one at the middle of the program and one before the end. If I do not submit these reports, my program may be terminated.

I agree to adhere to all WFE Program handbook and rules, and abide by all State and Federal laws during my stay in the U.S.
