Worldwide Farmers Exchange (WFE) relies on experienced in-country recruiting professionals to find and screen local candidates for our exchange programs. For that reason, we accept global partnerships exclusively through a personal recommendation.
As a leader in international agriculture exchanges, WFE provides our partners with more options and greater flexibility, including no upfront fees and potential placements in 92 different agriculture and wine categories.
WFE cannot guarantee a placement offer for every applicant.

No application fees or hidden charges.
12-month General Ag program hosts pay $600 program fee and minimum $1,400 stipend for interns and trainees.
4-month Wine program participants pay $2,700; month-to-month extension fee is $400/month up to 12 months. Wine hosts pay an hourly wage agreed to in the placement plan.
