Worldwide Farmers Exchange (WFE) relies on experienced in-country recruiting professionals to find and screen local candidates for our exchange programs. For that reason, we accept global partnerships exclusively through a personal recommendation.
As a leader in international agriculture exchanges, WFE provides our partners with more options and greater flexibility, including no upfront fees and potential placements in 92 different agriculture and wine categories.
WFE cannot guarantee a placement offer for every applicant.
Sponsoring partners screen potential candidates to identify those most likely to commit to and benefit from agricultural training and cultural exchange.
No application fees or hidden charges.
