We will not offer permanent jobs or other visas to our Trainees/Interns prior to their arrival in the U.S.
We agree to cooperate with WFE to schedule Site Visits when required. We will provide access to housing, training facilities, personnel records, and other areas of the agribusiness for periodic inspection in order to comply with State Department requirements.
We have reviewed the

We have reviewed the
WFE Housing Standards

We have reviewed the WFE
GAP Host Fees and Stipend Information
and agree to pay the WFE Program Fees before the 25th of each month. WFE will send a monthly bill for this amount, based on whether the Trainee/Intern is on our payroll. Trainees/Interns must have a minimum of one day each week free from training, with an average of 45 hours per week.
If we have elected to put our Trainees and Interns on Payroll, we have reviewed the
WFE Payroll Fact Sheet

We will try to resolve any interpersonal problems directly with the Trainee/Intern. As a professional training program, WFE encourages direct, open communication between hosts and Trainees/Interns.

If we are required by our state to carry Workers’ Compensation Insurance, we will provide primary coverage to our Trainee/Intern under our Workers’ Compensation insurance policy.
We agree to contact and interview all candidates before we accept them as Trainees/Interns, and acknowledge the requirements for candidates to participate in the WFE Program.
We agree to cooperate with WFE to create a DS-7002 Form (Training/Internship Placement Plan) for our business, and carry out the Training/Internship Program as described on the DS-7002 form. We understand that Worldwide Farmers Exchange may change the program dates or other information on the DS-7002 form if required by the Program.
